Pumpkin frappe
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup double strength coffee
  • 3-4 tbsp brown sugar to taste
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ cup milk
Instructions
  1. Brew the coffee and pour into a bowl. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree and spice blend. Stir until combined.
  3. Pour the coffee mixture evenly into an ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze until solid.
  5. To serve, place 4 coffee ice cubes into a blender.
  6. Add the milk and blend until smooth.
