Easiest slow cooker chicken soup
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 celery, chopped
  • ½ onion peeled and left intact or chopped if everyone loves them
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • Cooked noodles or rice - optional
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken and chopped vegetables and onion in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chicken cube and stock.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and place on low for 6 hours.
  4. Remove the onion, if not using, and discard.
  5. Remove the chicken into a small bowl and shred with two forks.
  6. Add the shredded chicken back into the soup and serve as is or add cooked noodles or rice.
