Perfect hard boiled eggs

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
Instructions
  1. Fill with cold water until the eggs are covered with an inch of water.With the lid on bring to a rolling boil. Once you achieve the boil, turn the heat off and keep the lid on.
  2. Set your timer for 15 minutes.
  3. Plunge the eggs in ice cold water for 10 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  4. Peel or refrigerate for later use
