½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread warmed slightly or melted chocolate
Mini easter eggs or jelly beans
Instructions
Combine milk, egg white, vanilla and salt. Add in the coconut and stir until well blended.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and gather mixture into 10-12 balls. Place on parchment paper and lightly indent the middle using a spoon or your fingers, creating a nest.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once cooled, pour a small amount of chocolate in the middle. Allow the chocolate to sit a few minutes before placing mini eggs or jelly beans on top.
