Gingerbread latte
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp molasses
- Brewed Espresso about a half cup. I used my keurig
- ¾ cup Steamed milk. I boiled and hand blended
- Combine the syrup ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil then turn down the heat to simmer for ten minutes.
- Brew the coffee and steam the milk.
- Place ¼ cup gingerbread syrup in a tall mug.
- Brew the coffee and pour into the mug with the syrup. Stir to combine.
- Pour the hot milk over top and stir.
