Two minute chocolate chip cookie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened slightly
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp egg, about half an egg.
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla in a cereal bowl.
  2. Add the egg and stir to combine.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients until it's all blended together
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Place in the microwave and cook for 60 seconds. Check the batter and cook for 30 more seconds until the top appears dry.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool
  7. Top with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
