Perfect cranberry sauce
 
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup water
  • Juice and zest of half an orange
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 340 g bag frozen cranberries
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for 5 minutes on medium high heat.
  3. Turn down the heat and continue cooking on low for 5 more minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and leave it as is for a chunkier sauce or use a hand blender to pulse the berries.
  5. Store in the fridge.
