Juicy Shrimp and pineapple wrapped with smoky bacon covered in a sweet and tangy Korean bbq sauce.

Ingredients
  • 6 thin bacon slices
  • 12 Pineapple chunks
  • 12 Shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup Korean bbq sauce
  • 6 Wooden skewers
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the bacon slices in half and break the skewers in half.
  3. Place a pineapple chunk on each shrimp and wrap with bacon. Secure with wooden skewers.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and brush the bbq sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
