Tropical bacon wrapped prawns

- 6 thin bacon slices
- 12 Pineapple chunks
- 12 Shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Korean bbq sauce
- 6 Wooden skewers
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the bacon slices in half and break the skewers in half.
- Place a pineapple chunk on each shrimp and wrap with bacon. Secure with wooden skewers.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush the bbq sauce evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
