Acai smoothie bowl

Serves: 1 large serving
- 2 frozen Sambazon smoothie packs (or equivalent)
- ½ fresh ripe banana
- Almond milk to thin slightly - I used ¼ cup
- Sliced banana
- Sliced kiwi
- Blackberries
- Granola
- In a blender combine the smoothie packs, ½ frozen banana and almond milk. Blend until thick and smooth.
- Scoop the smoothie base in a bowl and store in the freezer until toppings are ready.
- Slice the banana and kiwi and rinse the blackberries.
- Top the bowl with toppings and add granola as garnish.
