Salted caramel sauce
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan combine the sugar, water and corn syrup over medium heat. Swirl around in the pan until the sugar is melted.
  2. Continue cooking until it's golden brown. About 8-10 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the butter, sea salt and heavy cream. Mixture will bubble up. Whisk until smooth. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.
