Roasted Cauliflower Cream Sauce

Serves: 6 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, tossed in olive oil and roasted
  • 1 head of garlic, roasted with a drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 900 ml chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Roast the garlic and cauliflower.
  2. Place the garlic (cloves only) and cauliflower in a large blender or food processor.
  3. Add the salt, parmesan cheese and chicken broth.
  4. Turn the blender on and process until smooth. Check the seasoning and add more salt if necessary.
  5. Serve with pasta, chicken, vegetables, rice, pizza, etc.
