Roasted Cauliflower Cream Sauce

Serves: 6 cups
- 1 head of cauliflower, tossed in olive oil and roasted
- 1 head of garlic, roasted with a drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 900 ml chicken broth
- Roast the garlic and cauliflower.
- Place the garlic (cloves only) and cauliflower in a large blender or food processor.
- Add the salt, parmesan cheese and chicken broth.
- Turn the blender on and process until smooth. Check the seasoning and add more salt if necessary.
- Serve with pasta, chicken, vegetables, rice, pizza, etc.
