Pudding snack cake

Serves: 8 inch pan
- 18-20 graham crackers depending on the size of your dish
- 3 cups milk
- 1 - 170g package cooked chocolate pudding mixture
- 2 cups whipped topping
- grated chocolate to garnish - optional
- Cook the pudding mix and milk according to the directions on the package.
- Place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of an 8 inch baking dish.
- Evenly spread half of the cooked pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Place another layer of crackers and pudding.
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with grated chocolate
