Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirled Blondies

Serves: 12 blondies
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup Reese chocolate peanut butter spread, slightly melted and pourable
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 inch baking pan with foil. Spray it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and pour the Reese spread over top. Run a knife through in long strokes one way and then do it again the opposite direction.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
