Gingerbread Smoothie
Author: Friday is Cake Night
Serves: 2 smoothies
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1½ tbsp. molasses
- 1½ cups almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 cups ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and run until it's smooth.
- Serve immediately.
I added a bit of brown sugar because my banana was not as ripe as I prefer.
