Tropical Mango Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp. canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
  1. Combine the berries, coconut milk and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water or more almond milk if it needs thinned.
  2. Place the berry smoothie in two glasses and rinse the blender out.
  3. Combine the mangoes and pineapple juice and blend again. Adding more liquid if needed.
  4. Pour on top of each berry layer and serve.
