Slice a baguette into desired thickness and set aside. Shred the Heidi cheese and thinly slice an apple.
Add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and swirl around to coat evenly.
Add the slices of baguette and turn once golden brown. Top each baguette with cheese and allow it to melt. Top with apples and a pinch of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
