Cut the top rind off the cheese, place the cheese in a brie baker and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the frozen berries, water and sugar and in a small sauce pan. Bring the berries to a boil and continue cooking until thickened and slightly broken down. Stir in the Cointreau and set in the fridge to cool.
Once the cheese has finished baking, let it sit for a few minutes then top with the berries.
