Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 Brownie mix, prepared as directed.
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line an 8 inch baking pan with foil or parchment, then give it a light coat of baking spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix and set aside.
  3. Whip up the softened cream cheese with the sugar and spice until light and fluffy. Add the egg, puree and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour about ⅔ of the brownie mix in the baking pan then pour the entire cheesecake batter over top. Spoon the rest of the brownie mix over top then bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
