Apple and Cheese Tart

- 1 sheet pre-rolled puff pastry thawed
- 2 oz Canadian Le Gré des Champs cheese, sliced
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- Powdered sugar for garnish.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the puffed pastry on a baking sheet and top with the sliced cheese, reserving a few pieces for the top.
- Toss the apple slices with sugar and cinnamon.
- Place the apples over the puff pastry and scatter the remaining cheese and chopped pecans over top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve with powdered sugar.
