Morning Glory Muffins

- 1¼ cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup Opadipity Vanilla Almond Greek Yogurt dip
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup nuts
- ½ cup grated carrots
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a muffin tray with 12 paper liners
- In a large bowl combine the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Add the dip, milk, oil, egg, raisins, nuts and carrots. Stir to combine and divide the batter evenly into the paper liners.
- Bake for 25 minutes then cool for 10 minutes before transferring the muffins to a wire rack. Store covered.
