Pear and Gouda French Toast Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 4 slices of cinnamon raisin bread
  • 2 oz Grizzly Gouda cheese
  • 1 pear
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or pan.
  2. Thinly slice the pear and grate the Grizzly Gouda cheese.
  3. Whisk together the eggs with the milk in a pie plate or similar dish.
  4. Dip two slices of the bread in the egg mixture.
  5. Place egg side down on a plate and top with pear slices and cheese.
  6. Dip the remaining two slices of bread and place them egg side up on the sandwich.
  7. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
