Hawaiian sweet rolls
 
 
Serves: 12 large rolls
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ⅔ cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp instant dry yeast
For the top
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Add the ingredients in order recommended by your bread machine.
  2. Select the dough cycle.
  3. After the cycle is complete turn out the dough and roll into 12 equal balls.
  4. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Place the dough into the dish and cover with a towel. Let rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm room.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350.
  7. In a small bowl beat the egg with the water and brush on top of each roll.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
