In a small sauce pan over low-medium heat pour in a half can of evaporated milk. Add a handful of chocolate chips, a teaspoon of sugar (brown, white or coconut) a teaspoon of cocoa powder and just a tiny drizzle of vanilla. Whisk until melted and smooth. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
