Pumpkin banana bread
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup insweetened apple sauce
- 1⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, brown sugar, apple sauce and eggs until smooth.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the banana and pumpkin mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
