Double chocolate peanut butter chip cookies
 
 
Serves: 18 large cookies
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coffee, optional
  • 1⅓ cup flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment
  2. Cream the butter with the sugars. Add the vanilla, egg and coffee and mix until combined. Add in all the dry ingredients except the chips and mix. Lastly add in the chocolate and peanut butter chips and drop by spoonfuls on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
  4. Slide the parchment and cookies to a cooling rack. Store in air tight container.
