Perfect cranberry sauce
- ¾ cup water
- Juice and zest of half an orange
- 1 cup sugar
- 340 g bag frozen cranberries
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and continue cooking for 5 minutes on medium high heat.
- Turn down the heat and continue cooking on low for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and leave it as is for a chunkier sauce or use a hand blender to pulse the berries.
- Store in the fridge.
