Chocolate toffee pecan cookies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1¾ cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup toffee bits
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until fully combined
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips, toffee bits and pecans.
  5. Gather the dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. Store in an airtight containter
