Chocolate toffee pecan cookies

Serves: 24 cookies
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1¾ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup toffee bits
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Combine the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until fully combined
- Stir in the chocolate chips, toffee bits and pecans.
- Gather the dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on a baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Store in an airtight containter
