Raspberry cheesecake cookies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 small box (4 serving) raspberry jell-o
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- pink sugar to decorate
- In a large bowl combine the cream cheese and butter. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, jell-o, cake mix and powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out the dough into balls.
- Sprinkle with pink sugar and bake for 12 minutes.
