Raspberry cheesecake cookies
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small box (4 serving) raspberry jell-o
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • pink sugar to decorate
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese and butter. Beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg, jell-o, cake mix and powdered sugar.
  3. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll out the dough into balls.
  5. Sprinkle with pink sugar and bake for 12 minutes.
