Chocolate Almond Brownies – Easily Gluten Free.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup flour (gluten free if desired)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Fancy molasses
  • 150 g chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8 inch baking pan
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer or food processor combine all ingredients except chocolate and mix until well combined. Add in the chopped chocolate and mix to distribute. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes until batter is set.
